Michael McCain Zero Carb Roofer Transformation In a White Sweater

Food Addiction & Pain Killer Addiction

I had a fun time sharing my story on the Carnivore Life podcast. In the past year or so I have grown very passionate about sharing the “Zero Carb Life”, and what it has done for me.

Losing 110 pounds was…IS awesome, but the mental/emotional/physical changes that I have experienced have been phenomenal.

I want to share my experience with anyone that will listen. So, I am sharing the link here. I talk a lot about addiction to food/sugars and pain killers.

I am so, so, grateful that I found this way of eating.

No more joint pain, no more back pain, no more sleep apnea, no more depression, no more anxiety.

You can follow my Instagram @zerocarb.roofer!!

If you do listen you should know, I am VERY aware that I am a fast talker. 😂😂😂

Shoutout to Shawn Baker, Kelly Hogan and Carnivore Yogi, (Sarah Kleiner), that helped get me started with zero carb over two years ago.
