Michael McCain Roofer In Utah face to face

WCT, it has been a while since I have checked in. I am still thriving on this zero carb/carnivore way of eating. I am still not tired of shedding depression, anxiety, joint pain and back pain. My sugar addiction is gone, my binge eating has disappeared.

I am almost three years into this fad. 😂 I have struggled with my weight since I was in the 4th grade.

The pic on the left was my highest weight in 2017. You can see how inflamed I was which caused the puffy face, in addition to being a fatty. I look miserable and I assure you was miserable.

Eating this way has changed my life.

I would love to connect with any of you. I post a lot more on Instagram @zerocarb.roofer .
